  THIS PLACE IS STEALING ELECTRONICS!!! Plain and simple, class action suit should follow. I've contacted my lawyer and will also be contacting local prosecutor!!! Multiple emails... Can't call them because the phone is out of service... 😳😳 .

  Sent in my iPhone 6 so I can upgrade, and got fast response and payment sent fairly quickly. Ive used other services such as Gazelle before and this one exceeded my past experiences with other buyback programs. Will use again when selling my phone, best advice is to try and sell before new phones come out to get top dollar.

  Sent in my broken iPhone 6 and Guzu sent me the shipping box in within 3 days, and after sending in my phone, got quick paid within a week of receiving the initial shipping box. great service, i didn't have to do anything except put a piece of tape on a box and putting the box in the mail box. will def use again if something happens to my phone.

  Same problem as others. They used to be good, but I sent a phone about 2 months ago, received a message that it was approved, and never received my $170. The don't answer emails either.

  This is by far the WORST company I've ever used. I sent my phone to them in mid September 2015. I received an email from them saying that my phone was received and approved on 9/28. I never received any payment so I reached out. A member from the GUZU team said the company has experienced fraud and is very behind on payments. On 11/4, I received an email that my payment was on it's way. The email also explained that it could take up to 5 days for the payment to be received. It is now 12/8 and I NEVER received any type of payment. I think they just sent me that email to keep me quiet. This company is a complete scam. If they were experiencing fraud then they should have SENT BACK ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS DEVICES THAT THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO PAY. They are basically stealing from thousands of people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
