  The receptionist couldn't be bothered. She stated she just started her lunch hr. And that I should call the Pearland location to set up an appointment. Even though I have pain/infection from a root canal. She would not take 5min from her lunch to set up an appointment and no one else would at the office. Inaddition no one wanted to work the front desk. Taking my business else. This happened today 1/23/23 at 1.30pm. Well I'm glad they are not doing the work if they are that sloppy

  Cannot say enough nice things about GCE Baytown, I would give 6 stars if I could. I walked in for a root canal scheduled that morning, and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever gotten in a doctor’s office. From the time I walked in until the time that I left, I had a tremendous experience all the way through. The clinic operates with incredible efficiency, they understood and anticipated my concerns, my tooth pain, and explained the entire process along the way, as well as gave very detailed, thorough follow up instructions. Dr Jason and the entire staff was very professional, polite, and compassionate, and they wiped away my horrible pain within an hour of walking in. I hope that I never need another root canal, but if I do I know where I’ll be going! Icing on the cake, I originally spoke to someone over the phone that told me they were out of network for my dental insurance (Delta), but at checkout time I was given the pleasant surprise that they were actually in network. Cannot recommend this endo office enough!

  This was the best dental experience of my life and it was for a root canal 😂 Everyone was great from Jessica at the front desk, Tasha and he assistant and Dr. Shroyer. Bedside manner, procedure and explanation for treatment and post op. I highly recommend for any endodontic service!

  One of the most pleasant dentists procedures (root canal retreatment) I've had in a while, the staff knew I had anxiety and they did their best to accommodate my nervousness. From start to finish they were all amazing. Highly recommend Dr. Jason and his staff! Thank you once again.

  Best specialist I have ever been to explained every option that was available to me and also gave me choices as to what I wanted to try to do today I went in for a procedure and it was all smooth sailing from start to finish the whole staff was kind I walked out from a root canal with a smile on my face. This actually means something since I have always been terrified of dentist but this experience was very different I was calm the whole procedure did not even feel any pain when he was working on my root canal he was able to save my bridge all while fixing the problem under the bridge that I have been putting off for years 4 years to be exact I feel great now 100% I would recommend this clinic and everyone that works in it 5 stars is not enough to rate this office I would have to give it 100 stars thank you to everyone I the office that helped me fix my problem that I have been putting off for years upon years 😊😊
