::Exterior looked good, interior was sub par after looking over. Asked staff to address a couple of areas, missed vacuum spots, smudges on sunroof, dash area still dirty. They were super courtoues and addressed areas. Got home and pushed to open area under stereo, it had not been touched. Took 3 hours and 15 minutes instead of quoted 2 hours. For the amount of money I paid I felt it should of been spotless and ready to pick up on time.

::After waiting an hour they still weren’t done and they told me maybe 40 minutes at the most. They cleaned the outside and vacuum the inside but didn’t do anything else. Inside is still disgusting they didn’t wipe anything off I’m gonna have to go and redo it. It cost $40. I could’ve paid three and did that myself

::I asked for an inside out detailing . they were fast, but lazy . when I got back into my car, or didn't smell cleaner, but I immediately noticed t that they didn't even attempt to clean the cup holders. I had to ask them to do that before leaving. they also did not wipe down the steering wheel and dash board. it was dusty on return. and that night , I scooted up my chairs and seen that that they did not even vacuum under the seat . AT ALL . to make it all worse , they charged me 40$ when the advertised signage definitely said 35$. So they definitely got one over on me. I can believe they were satisfied with handing my car back to me. I only went there because the very good one across from u.s bank ( down the street) is under renovation. they charge the same price AND you get shampooed seats. I was beyond dissatisfied. like , even if they give me a free detail , are they going to do it right & satisfactory? I gave them 2 stars because they were nice people .

::I called on Friday, December 1st to make an appointment for Monday, December 4th at 9 a.m. On Monday, December 4th at 9 a.m. the business was not open. I waited for 15 minutes and then left. I called the business phone number and left a message. I never received a return call back. On Tuesday, December 5th, I asked my assistant to call and make an appointment for Wednesday, December 6th at 9 a.m. My assistant spoke with a woman who said she apologized for the problem on Monday the person who was supposed to be there had an emergency and she would be sure to have someone present at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6th. On Wednesday, December 6th, I was there at 9 a.m. Again, no one from the business was present. There was also another customer waiting at the same time. I waited for 15 minutes and then left when no one from the business showed up.
