  If you know what you want you can usually find it here. The sales people don't push, but they are very willing to help if you have any questions. I've purchased 3 of my guitars from this store and all my strings, picks, and supplies. I've been to other smaller stores that just want to sell you the most expensive things you can afford.. These guys don't ask your budget, they only ask what you're looking for or what you want to get from an instrument and then they show you what they have. I'm an intermediate player so I usually know what I want when I go here, but recently I purchased an electric acoustic and the salesman helped me figure out which fit my playing style the best. You can buy anything you want here except for talent. But they can teach you that!

  Extremely high pressure sales here! Do yourself a HUGE favor and go to the GC in Beaverton or Clackamas (way more relaxed and they'll give real/better advice). I came into this store having researched exactly what I wanted to purchase. The sales rep spent about 45 min trying to sell me on their crappy in-house brands (they get higher commissions) and giving me bad advice about what I needed. I heard they are strictly commission so I understand they need to make a sale, but to give bad information and be a sleazy salesman is messed up (come on, I'm a fellow musician). I'm glad I researched what I wanted first, but if I were someone with little or no knowledge, I feel I would have been taken advantage of. It left me frustrated, and never wanting to go back.

  Went to this store to get a guitar amp for a gift but they made me wait for awhile. Two to many employees! Service could have been better.

  The prices and the sales are awesome here their customer service is even better. I accidentally left my samsung galaxy3 in the phone bathroom. I was so afraid that it could have been stolen by the time I called in. But when I did call Karly who works there had already put it up I was so happy my phone was there and I can't wait to come back and get you even more stuff for Black Friday

  Excellent all around. Lots of options, plenty of ppl for input, and great place to just lose yourself in music.
