  So first of of all, amazing customer service. I live up in Maine and was trying to track down a certain guitar I've been wanting. I believe I talked to a guy named Brian E. Super nice and very helpful in helping me start payments on my guitar and being able to arrange for shipment when ready. I will be asking for him again on Thursday when I call to pay off my beauty and to have it shipped. Thank you so much guitar center commack and thank you Brian!

  Great selection and great prices, because sometimes you need to put your hands on an instrument and see how it feels and sounds in person. Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the trip.

  Great customer representative at the store. I purchased a use electric guitar it was rated as in great condition. And that's exactly what it was in great condition. Would definitely purchase again at that the 8 Garet Place Comack NY store. Good old customer service always wins. Thanks guys.

  DO NOT USE GUITAR TECHS AT THIS LOCATION!! I brought in a very special guitar for a simple set up and to have some electrical work looked at. I called repeatedly and finally received my guitar with wires cut and pieces missing. I could not believe that such an establishment would put out awfully amateur and incomplete work. I spoke to a manager and they said they would send out the guitar to a more experienced tech in the city. I have got the run around since November and I am still waiting for my guitar. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will never use Guitar Center ever again for anything.
