::Hit and miss customer service. When I went, the first employee I met, Vetonica, was so nice and helpful. Then she asked another employee in a different area to help me, but he was so rude... he kept on playing the guitar and ignoring me, and taking other customers, I didn't know what to do. After about 10 minutes, I just left. He had a bad angry vibe. I think he fancies himself an artiste!

::They didn't have any guitars. The water pressure was great tho. Also the sign in the front was 11 point front so that was upsetting . Thank you for your servince

::They low ball you when you go to sell gear, they look your item up on the internet and if 100 people are selling at $200 and they find ONE person selling at $50 then the $50 price is what they use to calculate what they will pay you which will be about half of that low price! One of the sales guys there was completely brain dead, so stupid and slow I actually began to feel sorry for him. After talking to him for 10 minutes he walked away and came back and asked me what I wanted as if we had never met. What a retard. Trying to sell something I was passed through 4 different sales guys there and waited over an hour just to sell a couple guitar pedals, they made out as if the sale was the single most important transaction in the history of guitar center. Overcrowded, under staffed with junk guitars that anyone can come in and play until they are completely whacked. The sales guys are mostly 22 year old kids with maybe 6 months sales experience and even less time spent playing a musical instrument. Asking them for advice would be like asking a rapist how to file your taxes. This location is for rich affluent parents to buy their kids a cheap first beginner guitar for $150. If you already play guitar forget about it.
