  Great people They truly understand people fears about dentistry and make it much easier to overcome it all and get the necessary work done. I’ve greatly appreciated how thorough and clear they have been about each part of my dental journey here and I haven’t met a member of this staff who wasn’t nice, courteous and smiling every time I’ve come in (and it’s been a lot trust me), they won’t let you down here!

  The hartsdale location has terrible customer service. I was told to call Dr. GUERRINO. I booked an appointment for myself and my 2 children, confirmed 2 times via tel. To get here and find that my kids don't have appointments. Totally unacceptable! I drive far to get an appointment and don't appreciate not being able to have our teeth cleaned. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!

  Hygienist Jenay is very good. Drs Guerrino, Ahmed and Mamor have all seen me and took good care of my teeth. Dr Mamor makes a root canal MUCH less unpleasant than other dentists I’ve experienced. Practice has seen many young dentists come and go, which inhibits patients forming relationships in the practice. Office environment is bright and cheery.

  My wife caught the flu and this local practice that we have been patients of for years informed us that we would be charged $100 each for having to reschedule our cleanings. After much arguing they agreed to waive hers since she had the flu. They insisted that I would have to pay the fee or I could attend a different appointment than originally scheduled (why it had to be a completely different time is a mystery). That was totally unreasonable. Who is supposed to care for my sick wife or look after our infant son!? On top of all that the person on the phone hung up on my wife while they were talking! All in all, not what you would expect from a local place. Especially not a fee that is double the cost of the actual visit!! We will NOT be returning again. I hope the $100 fee is worth it to them to have lost patients forever (who likely over the course of time would have spent far more than that). We will also make sure everyone who we can tell knows about it... Now time to head to all the other sites on the internet to post my same review... People deserve to be warned about this local practice that somehow is devoid of having any heart.

  Dr. Marmoor at Scarsdale location is amazing specialist with root canals. Also, Krista at Hartsdale location is amazing hygienist. All staff, from management (Marcus), to direct service staff, are professional, knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to improve your dentistry experience.
