  I always buy all my belts and wallets and watches from Gucci never had an issue but my last belt I got was 1-2 Sizes to big I went back to exchange it and they told me I couldn’t because it was used! I expailed I used it because I got it as a gift from my wife and when I put the belt on for that night out we had (my birthday) I felt like I needed a smaller size went back to the store next day and was told they couldn’t exchange because I used it! I really feel like there customer service has gone down !! It’s unfortunate because I really like all my Gucci products!!
