::Unfortunately, there is not an option for no stars so I placed one. I will say after purchasing my first Gucci product with this location that I will never purchase another Gucci product ever again. I have a number or Chanel, LV, and other high end designers handbags and products. However, Gucci and their customer service representatives, especially at this location are dreadful. The item that was sent to me was supposed to be "new" and once I received the item it had some interior scraps and mild indentation on the outside, plus the size was just not going to work for me. I tried it on and nothing more. I originally was going to exchange for the larger size option and decided against it and informed the sales associate I wanted to return the item. I sent the item back to them, and now they "claim" that it was not in the original condition that it was sent to me in. They seemed to be all for an exchange but now that I wanted a return, the item was all of a sudden "not acceptable." Very conveniently for them, I'm sure. Please avoid Cassandra and "management" if you can call it that at all costs and take your business where it will be appreciated.

::Gucci always has great merchandise. However, at this location my friend and I were purchasing some shoes and it took 1 hour to even try them on... we waited for extremely unfriendly staff, who seem like they honestly hate their job. This location should hire some people who actually care about talking to costumers and providing them with good service. That’s all!

::Visited the Gucci Boutique while in DC. The customer service was amazing. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. Asia was so friendly and helpful. She spent a significant amount of time showing me various features of handbag and discussing other options as well. Way better customer service than LV boutique. Will definitely be returning the next time I'm in DC.

::Okay, so let me just say I am a Louis Vuitton person, until today. I received the most excellent customer service from Ariana today. Anytime I have gone to any of these luxury stores, 9 times out of 10 I am treated terribly. Literally first thing we walk in and she greeted us cheerfully, and complemented me right off the bat. I’ve been in to several other Gucci boutiques and not once have I ever felt as comfortable at one as I did this one. I told her what I was looking for, she got it for me and let me try it on, and after showed me other things she thought I might be interested in! Let me just say, she was wonderful and cheerful and made fantastic suggestions. This will be my forever boutique!
