  They claim to not be able to prorate or credit you if you move out a few days before the new month is charged. They can also be extremely rude. I had movers empty out my unit, and apparently they left trash behind without my knowing. The call I received was curt and aggressive with the opening statement being "Are you going to pick up your trash or should I charge you for cleanup?" Simply rude.

  I put my stuff here during the summer of 2016. Nothing damaged and everything from clothes, paper files to electronics are in good condition after the 3 months. Staff is welcome and price is good.

  The office is wonderful. I needed a unit in a crunch, they took care of everything from soup to nuts so quickly and even followed up after. Awesome experience with everyone there.
