  Today was supposed to be a pamper me day and they made it awful. My manicure consisted of filing, buffing and a mood gel polish that don't even change colors. NO soaking of the hands, massage NOTHING. The gentleman was very sweet but I really believe I was taking advantage of. He kept saying I'm going to save you money and time sweetie...NOT!!!! Still overcharged!!!! I'm so heated and disappointed with them!!!!!

  A one star is still to nice for this place. First you open late. Then you act like my money bo good. There eas two people there but i had ti wait for someone to come do my nail that was at the bank really . never go here.

  The worst pedicure I ever had! The man that did it didn't even try to do a good job! I feet didn't even look done I asked another customer did they look done and she said no. She went on to say( why did you come here to get your feet done anyway). Long story short I will never go back.

  Alright. This is seriously the worst nail job/worst customer service I have ever had!! First of all, I was thrown off by the appearance of the shop. It definitely needs some love. The tech I worked with rushed through my nails and she was so rude and trying to over charge me. I offered to pay her more money if she slowed down, she shut me up while I was talking, still rushing, and she cuts my cuticle with her drill. Twice. Of course, that's MY fault. She then proceeds to pour alcohol on my bloody finger after I asked her not to. The way she handled the situation was so rude. She then tried to over charge me. I left the salon with clear nails because I didn't want to pay $52. For what?! My nails are horrible. They charged Me $30 for an acrylic full set with coffin shape and clear polish with cut cuticles. What a freaking rip off! She didn't even remove the old polish I had completely. So you can see through the clear coat. I can't even believe this!! Never go here. Seriously. Your money is worth way more. She talked to me when we first started. At the end, she didn't speak English. Okay.
