::**STAY AWAY** Horrible customer service!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! By the way I only gave them 1 start because it wouldn't let me post this unless I gave them 1 star. Tech came out to fix our dryer and had to order a part and had to come back to fix our dryer which is no problem! Customer service rep calls about 2 days later and schedules a time window for the same day between 1 to 5 PM. So I take off work and rearranged my whole schedule so I can be there for the tech to show up to fix our dryer. Another customer service rep calls the same day and says she needs to schedule a time for tech to come out and fix our dryer. I say, someone already called me earlier and the tech is suppose to be here between 1-5 PM today. The lady states she knows nothing about this and states no one can come today. Naturally I'm very upset. So I reschedule for the next day between 1-5 PM. Most companies set a time window saying this is the time I will be at YOUR house. They called twice the last one being 3:54 PM. I missed the phone calls and I called them back at 4:15 PM saying hey is the tech coming out. They stated you didn't answer the phone in time so the tech wasn't going to come even though it was still in the 1-5pm time window. The tech never even stopped by the home at all. Now I have to reschedule again the for next day between 1-5 PM and I'm furious!! They stated they have to have verbal confirm before someone comes to fix our dryer!! What is the point of having a window of time if they don't even come to your home?? Now its been over a week and we can't dry our cloths! VERY ANGRY!! and will never do business again with this company!!
