  Good luck getting in touch with this bank, they take days to weeks to respond to voicemails and e-mails and they never answer their phones (trust me I have called on atleast a dozen different occasions during business hours). If you expect any level of Customer Service, you should take your business elsewhere. They do offer great rates, so I suggest using the bank for loans and savings accounts only, but not for a checking account for everyday use-since they are MIA when you need them.
