  For the price I give a 3/ don’t take this service for luxury ... it’s for value and you have to make sure you call them to remind them at least an hour before you leave . You can’t be $35 plus toll going to Newark airport in a nutshell it’s a bargain cars are very old😏

  The car showed up covered in rust. The driver didn't even offer to get out of the car to help me with my bags, instead asked if I wanted to put my 2 suitcases in the trunk. He opened it but didn't offer any help. I got in the car and asked if credit was okay - "no honey." He was on the phone with someone the whole time. I will not use this service again.
