::Today I had a simple cleaning which went very smoothly. The hygienist did an excellent job. She was warm, friendly, and caring. The amount of routine paperwork at check-in was excessive. Many of the forms have been completed at past appointments. Much of the information requested is already in the system as it is requested on one form, but appears on another. The check-in process needs to be simplified. With new insurance coverage at the beginning of the year, office staff was unable to confirm that today’s service would be covered. This is a crucial factor in determining whether to continue as a patient at Grove Dental.

::Dr. Smith and Gillian are lifesavers. I needed to find a place for my elderly disabled mom to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Smith was unfazed by my mom's condition and explained how simple and straightforward a tooth extraction would be. Gillian was so sweet, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond to soothe my mom's anxiety and make her comfortable. Prices were fair and I give this place my strongest recommendation. A gem....they truly care about helping people.

::Beth and Dr. Moss are not only incredibly talented and professional, they are delightful socially and personally. I have never had a negative experience with either in any way. Beth is very caring and concerned to provide the best care possible and Dr. Moss is extremely capable. I would give them 6 stars out of 5!!

::I have my regular dentist and I was able to get his dentist for my post work I am having done. I appreciate both men and their crew, everyone is pleasent and informational. Came back too this place when I had better insurance. Only had to leave previously because of insurance per employer. Happy my dentist is still there and I was able to go back. I'm good hands with this company.
