  Been to many studios and this is by far one of the best. True community feeling and teachers are yogis, not yoga teachers... if you understand what this means you are a yogi also... Regina is on one the top trainers and teachers internationally.

  Regina is calm and inspiring and makes you feel like you belong there .... great class, nicely designed, small, intimate space ... with plenty of room to stretch out and have your own space .... will be back
