  I just had to stop and write a review for my favorite workout studio Grip Fitness!! I first noticed Grip Fitness in Hyde Park a few months ago and I never understood what it was , was Grip Fitness for young people, old people, body builders, professional trainers? I had no idea, so one day I called. Rob Mullen answered the phone and he was very easy to talk to and very passionate about his program. Rob assured me that his fitness studio was NOT just for the very young and in shape individuals or the old and out of shape population nor was it just for fitness nuts or body builders, though Rob use to compete himself. Grip Fitness is for everyone Rob said young, old and the young at heart!! Rob explained that his program trains individuals or small groups and he invited me to visit one day and I did! I discovered that Grip Fitness is a fitness studio filled with modern exercise equipment from the natural fitness ball to machines for your legs, abs and more. The studio was well lit, clean, pleasant smelling AND my favorite music filled the room, lucky guess on Rob's part. Grip Fitness is the perfect place for me and Rob's individual attention to form and detail make it not only a work out, but a life style. I think this 50 year old woman will be following a regular work out routine for many years with Rob. Why don’t you too!!! Grip Fitness is 5 stars in my book.
