  We have been struggling with serious irrigation issues for years. We've had the builder, landscapers, irrigation leak experts and anyone else we could think of to help us figure out what was going on. It's been so frustrating and upsetting, not to mention, expensive! All for having the same issues reoccur. Griggs came out, spent time at the property, listened to what the challenges have been and then spent time explaining to us what they thought was going on. Jonathan then offered a couple of options to fix the problem and even breaking it into two parts so as not to relieve some of the burden of cost initially. I thought they were reasonable, they did the work and our issues were resolved. Now, it did need to be tweaked later and Jonathan responded right away, came over in an efficient time frame and even taught me how to use our sprinkler box and we discovered together a few things we could tweak to make things go a little more smoothly. I'm so grateful to Jonathan and Griggs for turning some that I felt was my nemesis into something I can and am able to co-manage!!!

  Our sprinkler system has been on the fritz since we bought our house, so after trying to find the problem ourselves with no luck- I called several places looking for some help. Griggs picked up the phone immediately and scheduled me for the next day! Jonathan came out to our house and in two hours had found the problem underground, tested the whole system, repaired a broken pipe and snapped heads and had our yard looking fantastic. The sprinklers have been such a confusing mess from the last home owners and now all I have to do is watch as it turns on and runs...what a relief!

  Prompt, honest, integrity, patient, fair pricing, hard working, are a few of the many great qualities about Jonathan and Griggs Irrigation. They have set up a wonderful drip irrigation for my family's small orchard on the ranch (about 35 stations for fruit trees). Explained the installation and made sure to bury minimum 3 ft. They will also come out to tune up the system for a very reasonable price. I called Jonathan on Sunday to tell him about another property with some seepage of water. He came out the next day with a time that fit my work schedule. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed under 2 hours. He explained how the system worked and signs to look for in the future. I appreciate that about Griggs. They will take the time to explain what they are doing. He also tuned up the system, checked it and replace a couple of sprinkler heads with a better option. They are very knowledgeable and take time to plan their approach to their installations to make them as efficient as possible while saving water in the process. I highly recommend Jonathan and Griggs Irrigation.

  A friend recommend Jonathan Griggs to me I'm sure glad he did. I had a leak near my irrigation box. I call Jonathan Griggs 9 o'clock in the morning to tell what kind of problem I was having. He came over at noon look at the leak and tell what he would do to fix the leak and had it done less than hour with a very satisfy customer and at a very reasonable price to do it. I will recommend Jonathan Griggs to anyone that need a irrigation specialist.

  I worked with Jonathan. He is very professional and polite. Within minutes of testing our system he diagnosed the problem and recommended some other work that would improve our irrigation and actually save water in the process. He is very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my system and how to improve the efficacy of my watering. I strongly recommend Griggs Irrigation.
