::Greyhound as a company is a joke. Want to know why? Disappointed with your trip?? Complain about it and get arrested for trespassing!!! You talked back to the driver about wanting to leave than to wait around another 5 minutes at a McDonald’s? YOURE GETTING ARRESTED FOR TREPASSING!!! Why? Because they’re all FASCISTS - don’t give them a single dollar let them go out of business dealing with druggies and homeless people. I’m not even kidding they will kick you off the bus even if you look at them funny, because they’ll start saying “sir please calm down..” “I am calm-“ “TALKING BACK TO THE DRIVER YOURE GETTING KICKED OFF AND OR ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING!!

::"Greyhound doesn't give a f$% about you" - quote from actual driver of Greyhound bus. We were scheduled to connect in Denver, and while we were waiting, we met quite a few people who had been in the Denver station OVERNIGHT because a bus had broken down the previous day. We asked customer service when the next bus would arrive and whether it was now over-booked, and they said they didn't know. They were not, however, polite about it. When the bus (which was supposed to arrive before noon) finally got there at 3:00, there was a mad dash to the front of the line because Greyhound believes that a queue is the best way to choose who gets on the bus. Then they used profanity to ask us to back up. At 3:30, there were more than 30 people including families, diabetics who needed insulin and people who needed to get to destination for new jobs, court dates and other legal matters in line who would not board the bus. None of the staff knew when the next bus would arrive. Customer Service was not scheduled to open for another hour. I and my companion decided to rent a car and never ride Greyhound again. Their refund policy is to tell you that you don't get a refund and then listen to your complaints for as long as you still care to talk to them. If your life gets so bad that you have to take a greyhound, remember 2 things: Don't. Just Don't. Dear Greyhound, If you were good at maintaining busses, training and retaining staff and getting people to their destinations, you wouldn't need 2 security guards all day - your bad job is bad for your bottom line. You're a criminal enterprise who's business model is stealing time and money from America's poorest citizens, and you need to be regulated. You should be legislatively required to refund customers when they are more than an hour late, and putatively fined when you are more than 3 hours late. If anybody with the resources is looking, I'd love to help with a competing service just to put these thieving fraudsters out of business. With the prices they charge and the cost of busses, staff, real estate and fuel, we could make a killing just by matching their prices. This is an inefficient company that needs to go out of business. Beware.

::I wish i could give them no stars. I dropped off a passenger who forgot their phone. upon realizing this I called their number to ask if they were able to get their ticket via will call, after being sent in circles on hold, i had the pleasure of speaking to some garbage human being who without hesitation said she couldn't look up any information. I asked for someone who could, and after sitting on hold for an additional 17 minutes I'm angry enough to write a review on how miserable it is if you have to talk to any of these trash people who work here. It has been 26 minutes, I'm still on hold, just trying to ask if someone was able to get their f*ing ticket. Edit, the person I dropped off was a foreign exchange student who was new to USA so I was concerned they weren't able to figure out the transit since they didn't have the ability to speak fluent English. The station, especially at night is surrounded by shady people, and drug addicts. There was no police on sight and while trying to pick up my passenger 3 days later I had a homeless man on some kind of drug screaming and throwing things around just outside the pick up zone. Thus was about 5 months ago o hope things have gotten better.

::Forget wifi. No outlets worked on my 3 day trip. No disposal bags. Door and wheel chair access would not work correctly or would shut completely, ended up delaying the schedule with late arrivals. Can't recall it being this bad. Disgusting terminals as always. Terrible leg room. People may not always want to take a flight. Why can't land travel be more pleasurable? Just do not get it. I certainly do appreciate the drivers and service operators though. May the good lord bless their souls and generously compensate them. Quality control dept or something needs to get in on the action.

::I'm from Newark NJ this is my first time in Denver and I gotta say I have never met so many genuinely polite and caring personal of any business in all my 35 years! I witnessed the staff feed people, come from behind the desk and make sure people had their tickets, helped with bags and truly take customer service to new heights! Bravo Denver these men and women need more than praise. This was a humbling and very human experience.
