  Extremely bad customer service. It’s worth paying the extra money for the flight.

  Took greyhound to the Phoenix, bus driver got lost between Anaheim and Los Angeles. Ended up in Long Beach where the 22 ends. Driver made a u-turn to get back on the 22. A first for me. Back of the bus smelled like a restroom. Unfortunately some of your fellow passengers may be hygiene deficient. Ride at your peril. Still a good cheap ride.

  Its got its hits and misses better to take blue line or Amtrak. Aloha
