::Great coffee, I like the macchiato and Cortado- they even have a turmeric latte- much better than Starbucks !

::Great coffee and they had Guatemala beans for sale. Got a free cup of coffee with the beans for free!

::It’s a nice location but my matcha was super hot, had no foam and wasn’t mixed properly. I had an amazing Matcha on 3rd ave and was looking forward to another one, but I was very disappointed with matcha at this location. The service is very slow.

::One of my two favorite locations of my favorite chain. It's getting harder and harder to entertain Starbucks as an option with ever-growing startup coffee chain options like this in NYC. The coffee is great, prices aren't terrible, and drink varieties and pastries are excellent. Some of my favorite baristas in the company are at this location too. This particular location closes a bit on the earlier side (6:30pm on weekdays, closed outright on weekends). But it's a very nice and chill coffee spot and great for intimate meetings and focusing on a laptop.

::I walked in with my boyfriend and we both placed an order. The young woman working there took my order for a Tumeric Latte, I stepped out on a phone call while she was supposed to be making both our drinks only to come back to her telling me the store had no tumeric. That's something she should have known before taking the order, but that is far from the reason for this review. I went on to order a different drink, which I believe ended up being a small iced latte. She went on to say she wouldn't charge me for it, which is expected since my boyfriend had already paid for a drink that was more expensive. Not only was she was caught off guard when I asked her to refund the difference to his card, but she didn't know how to do it. Nor did the rest of the staff. Luckily one of your employees who I believe might have been the manager was there on her off day, she came over and was able to do the refund...so I thought. I asked specifically for a copy of the transaction where I would have proof that there was a credit to the account and yet again both staff members were unable to do what I asked. So now his account does not reflect a credit but rather two charges for not 2 drinks, not even 3 drinks, but 4. It is not about the dollar and change that should be refunded or the extra charge. It is simply about customer service and proper training. I'm sure both of these young women are bright individuals who would have been more than capable and equipped to handle the situation better, but you have to train them better. Needless to say neither of us will be frequenting any of their shops again
