  Got a call about a building permit being ready to pick up, she said I'd need to confirm the permit number and I have absolutely no association with the project other than notarizing the documents, so I asked if I could give her the correct number to call and she said I could find it on my receipt which I don't have and hung up. Very unprofessional and rude especially for one of the only building departments that requires application be notarized for absolutely no good reason.
