  Buying a first car is suppose to be a great accomplishment in an upcoming achieving adult. My experience at this dealer was atrocious! It began as I negotiated the interest percentage of my car, As any consumer has the right to do. The lady that was filing my paper work, named Anne, went to ask the finance manager to lower my rate from a nine to an eight. He (the finance manager) comes and confronts me with a horrible vulgar and out of place attitude; Judging me based on my credit score, stating that originally I am suppose to get 24%. Later, proceeds to say he did not feel like giving me a lower rate and that he knew I was able to pay. I bought the car anyway and exactly a week after, yesterday, I returned because my insurance company was having trouble with my car's VIN # and advice me to go to the dealer and ask them about the situation. I spoke to the sales manager, as soon as presented my issue his response was already aggressive, defensive, unsuitable and abusive stating "that is not our issue". He stood up and I asked him to seat down while we spoke and he said " he did not feel like it" that attitude made me feel attacked. I had a legit concern regarding the car I had purchased at that specific dealer. Finally, I was getting ready to leave and asked for his business card incase the issue did not get resolved ill would have to contact them again. He said I would not obtain the card because he "didn't feel like it". I asked whom was I able to contact since I bought my car there. Soon after the same finance manager from when I first purchased my car interrupts the conversation and states " you are a nasty woman. " begins to threaten me on my insurance and starts being aggressive and yelling. My father asks "why are you being aggressive?" he responds "you haven't seen aggressive yet". My mother asks him why he was talking to us in such way. he stated " I feel like it because your daughter is nasty". At that point I was fed up with the treatment and decided to call the police. As soon as I did, they said they wanted us off the property and proceeded to call the police themselves. While we waited for the police, both managers and one sales rep murmured and laughed at my family and I stating that we were dumb people and that all they had to do was snap their finger to get us out because it's a private business. It was a horrible experience! I feel ill-treated, abused, harassed, humiliated!
