::I really enjoy my experience as a new patient. I made the mistake of not receiving a confirmation of an appointment I made. However, they still let me come in for a check. They were very kind at the front desk. The check up was nice as well. I would recommend going to this dental office. Especially, if you are nervous.

::The dentists do great work, but I had several issues with the front desk. I received a text confirming my 1st appointment; however, my 2nd appointment was cancelled and I wasn’t aware until I arrived. The front desk claimed they were trying to reach me. I asked what number & she was calling the wrong number. That was odd, especially since she had the right number 2 days prior. I then had 2 additional appointment cancellations. One because the dentist was sick and the other because there was a problem with their water. I finally had my 2nd appointment the following week an was told I’d have to come back again to complete all services after being advised the previous week they would be done the same day. I refused another appointment & they finally agreed to accommodate me me like the previously advised me. When I went to pay, the front desk overcharged me $51. I kept explaining that she was wrong and the amount charged was not the quote on my paperwork I received the week before. She said she would have to calculate the charges manually and she then discovered she wrong. I didn’t even receive an apology. If I didn’t speak up, I would’ve been out $51. One of the dentist asked what was wrong & I explained. She blamed it on the holidays as if that is a reason to make errors. If you go to this establishment, always have your documents. Also, hove a flexible schedule. I’m a new patient and I’m unsure if I’ll be returning!
