  Maybe it's because I'm a man of color, but the service always seems cold and dry when I've approached the counter. I've seen them very cheery with other patrons though. Just an observation from the 3 or 4 times I've been there. Besides the service,they do offer a large selection of spirits, hence the second star.

  Cheap whiskey. Standard price vodka. Ok wind selection. Id recommend coming here to people asking where to find reasonably priced whiskey in green point.

  Greenpoint's standard bearer for booze. Fair prices, and a very good selection of liquor. Lots of standard brand name and cheap wines. Sometimes I wish they had a higher end selection of wines, but I suspect that will change as the neighborhood continues to gentrify. Besides, for that you have a number of options within a 10 minute walk.
