::Called today because my heater was not turning on; a service tech came right out and even earlier than promised when a time opened up. The service guy was very nice and helpful. I ended up not needing a repair but the tech stayed and checked/changed my filter and spent some time talking about my heating system. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

::Extremely reliable, called today and they came earlier than the appointment. Would highly recommend. Mike was the technician that came to my house on Saturday, 10/1/16, to replace my water heater. He was very professional, explained everything and helped me save some money on the water heater. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs plumbing services.Price quoted and price paid exactly the same, helped out with non plumbing issue as well at no charge. Once you find a good service tech you want to hold on to them. I have Greenpoint Plumbing Heating ad Cooling's magnet on my fridge for any future work, I will be calling him and no one else.
