  I am so grateful that my friend referred me to Scott Agulnick for my insurance claim! He is so smart and tough and really got me what I deserved. I couldn't have been happier with his services. If you need an attorney for an insurance issue you can't do better than Scott.

  We hired Scott and his firm to help us with an insurance company that did not want to pay a legitimate claim. We were very lucky to find Scott, because after our insurance rep was not able to help us with the insurance company for a year and a half we all but gave up on the claim. Luckily we met Scott and he wrote an incredible letter explaining how the insurance company was in essence "skirting" the claim based on their crooked view, when in reality the claim should have been covered. I was amazed at the letter written and I guess so too was the insurance company. Bottom line, claim paid within two months. Thanks Scott, excellent job.
