::This is a wonderful studio. I attend the Sunday 10am beginner class with Mark and the Wednesday 6pm Sivananda class with Virginia weekly. I took yoga at an Iyengar studio in Minneapolis for a couple of years and have been searching for someplace since we moved back to Pgh. I took a couple of classes at Yoga on Centre (which is wonderful) but I feel like Mark's style of teaching is more accessible. He does a wonderful job emphasizing self-care and encouraging mindfulness of each movement. Virginia is also wonderful. I strongly recommend going out of your way to check out this studio in Aspinwall.

::I love everything about Green Heiress - the group exercise studio is beautiful, it is fun to wander upstairs to cozy treatment rooms and a lounge area for book club, everyone is friendly, and the community atmosphere encourages thought-provoking discussion with interesting people.

::This new yoga studio/ holistic health center is just what I have been looking for in Pittsburgh. It has a wonderful, soothing vibe, lovely aesthetic appeal, and creates a space for a yoga/ mindfulness community to coalesce. The class with Mark was engaging and I appreciated his tips on alignment and strength building. Highly recommended.

::I experienced a class with Nacol Sharkins that was the best yoga class of any form of yoga which I have experienced in the 25 years in which I have been doing yoga. It was cleansing and invigorating; relaxing and inspiring. Her ability to bring her considerable musical talent into the yoga studio and meld it with the breathing and meditation made this something unique. I am truly grateful that there are teachers like Nacol Sharkins making our world a better place to be in.
