  Multiple times have gotten WORMS that grow into MOTHS from the bulk bins at this place - BEWARE

  These are the nicest people who work here and every time I come, I have great conversations with the people who work here. The bulk bins are really nice...only place I know locally where you can get those products in bulk bins. Overall a great place to get high quality health products. They are expensive, but so is rent in NYC. Tell me where you can get cheap organic products in an expensive neighborhood in this city? Also whoever said they didn't feel comfortable here, not sure what your problem is. Look inward.

  Customer service is horrible. There are two ladies that work behind the register when I came in twice and said hello they did not respond just gave me a snotty look. I asked for vegan oregano oil and they did not have it but one of the young ladies told me it didn't make a difference that once I swallow it that it will all come down the same way. As a vegan it does make a big difference what I put inside my body. I tried to pretend like I can deal with the unpleasant experience because they have a lot of lovely items that is very hard to find but I will not spend my money in places that don't make you feel comfortable.

  This little gem has stood the test of time in such a rapidly growing neighborhood. The staff is consistently accommodating and friendly and the prices are reasonable. All in a,ll a wonderful experience every time!

  Overpriced (or should I say gentrified prices?). Very limited selection of products and brands, don't carry essential oils and when asked about it they said "on the next shipment" and that never seems to arrive cause I keep checking and nothing is there. Prices are 25-50% more than other local stores and even chain stores such as whole foods. I think a Health Food Store should be a business with the intention to bring good healthy choices to their customers. Green Planet doesn't provide a variety of healthy choices.
