Really good dry cleaners. Prices marginally more expensive than most places, but not bad considering the convenience. They email you receipts and let you know when stuff is ready. Everyone who works there is really nice!

The tailor is fantastic here. She helped me make my cosplay for comic con in may. I would highly recommend her great talents.

My sister dropped off her wedding dress at Green Iron Cleaners on central and Jefferson and when it was returned there was severe damage to it, it was torn, we went back and asked for a refund to use the money for the repair of the dress and got jerked around between person to person. Awful thing for a bride to go thru just 50 days before her special day. And the end result is they refuse to take any responsibility or refund the $100+ fee not to mention all the parking garage fees every time she's been there.

We dropped off a wedding gown to get dry-cleaned. We were charge $100+ for the service. The gown came back separated at the seam between the bodice and the skirt, and the company is taking no responsibility for the damages.

I'm not sure why there are bad reviews for this place, I've had nothing but positive experiences. I did read the reviews when I first moved into town and I'll admit was a bit hesitant, but it was the closest dry cleaners to me so I took a chance. I'm glad I did. The shop is family owned and typically we interact with the son and the mom. Both are gracious and very professional, always providing documentation and explanation of the prices before they take the clothes. Their prices are decent (not the cheapest, but not outrageous either) and I was pleasantly surprised when they pressed my business slacks for no additional charge. I've also gotten alterations done on a couple of tops and loved the experience. The mom talked me through the whole thing and helped tailor the tops well. Overall, I highly recommend the place.
