  Brent was a referral from one of his customers. Contacted Brent in the fall of 2012 to have bushes removed from the front of my house. He came out and gave me a quote and we agreed that this would be done in the spring of 2013. He did not contact me or show up and I didn't fret about too much as my husband was ill for most of the year. I then contacted him a little over 2 weeks ago and he said he would come out the next day because it was suppose to rain most of the week. He never showed up or called so I called again the following Monday and left a message. He did call me back and told me he was too busy to accomodate me. As a small business owner, I find this unacceptable. Especially as a referral from a one of his good customers.
