  These guys are very unprofessional. I had carpet and vinyl flooring installed in my house and the carpet has seams that they said would go away in time. That was over two years ago. Still there. The installers glued the vinyl flooring down in my kitchen/ dining room completely crooked and tried to say the room wasnt square. When I told them i wasnt paying for it until it was done right one of the installers called me a motherf***er. I told him to get out and take the vinyl flooring with him he said f**k you to me. After i threw him over my recliner I picked him up and threw him out the front door and called the salesman. He said he was coming to my house to look at it and never showed up. Just sent a different crew two days later to do it right. This took 3 days from start to finish. Should have taken 1 day. The best part is they set my toilets in the front yard all this time. My 85 year old mother and i had to go to convenience store to use the bathroom.

  Leo and Jeff are great at customer service. Had my floors done by them and when I needed something followed up after the sale, they were on it! Plus, the guys who do the job are hard working, attentive to detail and trustworthy.

  Worst customer service ever they actually wanted me to cut my own carpet in the store if I wanted it. And then said the carpet I wanted was to far down the row so they were not going to help me out. Stay away from this company! !
