::The park is finally being turned into a mobile home community instead of a trailer park. I've been out here for 36 years, and we finally have good management. Terri has done a great job trying to get this place cleaned up and safe. There are a lot of people out here complaining about the management because they are having to follow rules and keep their place clean. I've had MULTIPLE people come out here to work on my home, everyone from air condition companies to piano tuners. They have never been towed. This place used to look like a parking lot with cars parked everywhere on the streets and in the grass. Now it's starting to look better. Having security out here has been a great piece of mind, considering multiple homes were broken in a few years ago under the previous management. Terri needs to be applauded for putting up with the disrespect from other tenants that I have personally witnessed. I think she's been an asset to this community. To run a place like this, you have to be stern. I've never had a problem with her, because I treat her with respect, something others out here might try. Green Acres is finally becoming what it was 30 years ago, a great place to live. This place was managed horribly before Terri took the reigns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

::I have been at Green Acres since 2007. I have seen the good, the bad, & the ugly. Ms. Terri is “the good,” dare I say, “the best!” Sometimes Ms. Terri gets here at 7 in the morning and works 6 days a week & circulates the park even though we have 24 /7 security. Several times she has found security guards asleep in their cars and not doing their duty. For our safety, she has had to fire them and hire replacements. People will try to sneak behind her back and break the rules, because if she finds out, they know they will be in trouble. She may be firm but she makes sure everyone is treated fairly and equally and that our community is a clean and safe place to live. I have never felt safer than when Ms. Terri is here. She is always readily available to me which is very important because I am disabled. I am so grateful for Ms. Terri! People have even forced the security to stop checking IDs at the entrance, which was put into place because of the crime that was beginning to fester here. She is trying to keep our community from becoming an unsafe and unruly park. I appreciate her efforts and support her position as park manager.

::Since Ms. Terri has been here, my mother’s safety has never been in question. The upkeep of the park is getting so much better. My mother can safely walk her dog at any hour night or day. She makes sure the park doesn’t turn into a dump & keeps out the riff raff. So grateful for Ms. Terri taking such good care of the residents at Green Acres!

::I have recently moved into the community and I feel very safe with the office manager and security being put in place. Ms Terri is an amazing park manager and so is the other people in the office. A lot of people just don’t wanna follow the rules and regulations. But once they get used to things or leave the community will continue to get better. GOOD LUCK AND THANK YOU MRS TERRI FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR OUR COMMUNITY.

::This is such a wonderful place to live. Very quiet and friendly. The managers do such great work. We’ve just recently changed our security to 24/7, which is just such a wonderful comfort to have. People keep their yards and homes looking great. This is a community of fun, loving people.
