  Well I've been here 3 years and every year the rent keeps going up this year during an inflation recession where people are losing jobs gas is went up Green Acres has to go up $94 on our rent and we are seniors are calling it a regular Park but basically it's a senior part they change the name so they can rip us off some more they don't mow The Lawns the grass is brown it's horrible

  I was very satisfied with everything the park its self was clean and the mobles home were amazing I just can't wait to be part of this wonderful moble park Linda was a Delite she was so help ful explaining everything very friendly a joy to meet her.   I dont know how this place got the rating it did. I emailed a list of questions specifically stating I was looking for info for a future move I got back a one liner "we dont have any spaces available". Alrighty then...guess you dont want a new resident who is wanting a space for a brand new custom built home. Maybe another place will.
