  Linda Artusio has savrd my son. She is wonderful and is great my son. He likes that she listens to him. Mrs. Rinehart is also like by my son. This pair have turned my son around and have helped him tremendously. Although the office staff needs a manger to show them how to answer phones, be polite to patients and overall give better costumer service. We truly love who we see, but you do need some to better train your staff. They are lazy. They should be answering phones, doing insurance. Also, you need a doctor to be on call for crisis..

  They require an appointment for refills BUT they don't answer the phone or return calls. This is affecting my son in school

  Greater Washington phyciatry. This is the worst medical practice that I have ever experienced in my many years. The office staff is rude, dismissive and have no interest in helping patients. Dr Hefuna is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He spends the whole visit typing on his laptop. He does not look up or make eye contact when I mentioned I was dealing with a crisis he said nothing. Now he refuses to fill a medication that must never be stopped abruptly. I have called every number I could find with promises of help. I now have no medication. I think withholding needed medication for a patient is malpractice. Stay away

  If I could rate lower I would. This is the worst unprofessional psychiatry office I have ever felt with. They do not return calls, there is no doctor on call after hours. If you have a medical emergency you have to go to the county crisis center. The office staff is incompetent. THEY scheduled an appointment with me and sent a text asking me to confirm. When I arrived I was greeted with a sign that said the office was closed. I didn't receive a phone call to rescheduled so I have no idea when I will be able t be seen. DON''T WASTE YOUR ENERGY AND TIME!! This practice does NOT care about their patients!! This office will make your problems worse! Dr. Joshua Sussel should be ashamed!!!
