  Please heed this and the numerous other reviews and stay away from Dr. Pollock. The staff here are horrible and incredibly aggressive. They lie to you and demand money for services they never told you you’d be getting upfront. They are so aggressive and horribly trained that they even called Fairfax police and made false accusations. The other negative reviews were sadly substantiated by my experience.

  Please don't come here!!!! Ok I really don't normally type reviews. I never been more disappointed in a appointment EVER! However the Dentist and dental assistant was awesome. BUT I felt like they ran a whole scam on me! They charge me for a procedure that I didn't need and my insurance didn't cover without informing me of anything. I never been robbed like I was robbed The office manager wont let me go until I paid my $1500 root canal that did not include a crown. I wish I can explain how they treated me like a hostage when I couldn't pay the unexpected dental charge. And now they keep charging my card for no reason at all.

  I had my Apicoectomy surgery with Dr. Pollock two years ago and always felt pain on the tooth after surgery. For all my post-surgery checkups, he said it looked all good despite my concerns, so I went to Centreville Endodontics today for two-year checkup. They said they needed to redo everything Dr. Pollock did and they were surprised how the surgery two years ago even worsened the symptoms.

  I advise individuals not to receive treatment from Dr. Pollock. He made a costly error with my dental work that will now cost me thousands of dollars more than it initially should have. Please be very, very careful and choose your oral surgeon wisely. I. Additionally, I have received no communication from Dr. Pollock or the office about this mistake after multiple attempts, which is highly disappointing. I write this review so that the public knows the risk they take when receiving treatment from Dr. Pollock.

  The service was good and I believe that Dr. Pollock is a great oral surgeon. I had tricky root canals to get done on an emergency basis and I feel he did a very thorough job. HOWEVER, this office charges three times the national average for their services. I have had ALOT of dental work in my life….crowns and fillings and root canals galore….and have never paid as much money for oral surgery before. Outrageously over priced. Only use this place as a last resort emergency. It will cost you a lot of $$$$ even with insurance. They should probably be investigated for price gouging.
