::Even though I do not have enough Crossfit experience to compare Great White with other CF gyms, I have a NASM personal training certification and several pilates certifications, and the coaches are very knowledgeable, and the gym has top-notch equipment. The programming is smart with progression in mind. All of the exercises and WOD's (work out of the day) can be modified to match individual physical capacities. The coaches are fitness oriented and create a friendly and supportive environment. I highly recommend Great White if you are new to fitness or have been training and want to take your fitness to the next level.

I was 3 years into Crossfit when I joined Great White, I didn't know what to expec, but from the very first day Steve and Tara made me feel right at home in the new community! As coaches they are amazing, through their guidance I've been able to get stronger, faster and more fit. For the high level Crossfitter you'll never lack a good challenge, for the novice who is walking in for the first time, you'll get all attention, guidance and personal attention you need to get right up to speed. More than anything Great White is a community of wonderful people who will go out of there way to cheer you on. Starting a new gym can be difficult, but this place will keep you wanting to come back!
