::I have shopped previously at Great Stuff because they carry high end clothing and accessories but am hesitant because their "no return" policy is restrictive. I will NEVER shop there again, however. On 9/16/13, prior to a 3 week vacation, I bought a scarf which ended up not working with my travel clothing. The scarf was untouched, with tags still on. On 10/10/13, I attempted to exchange it for another scarf almost 3X the price of the original scarf. The manager at the Chappaqua store refused to make the exchange, stating that "the store policy allows only for a 7 day credit after which the sale is final." What kind of business woman would not permit an exchange for a significantly more expensive item only 24 days after original sale? I understand why the owner is not among Fortune's top female business women of 2013!!!
