  I don't believe you can screw up an order twice, last Saturday 1/13/18 I called to order the YELLOW SMILEY FACE MUG with the yellow and white daisies and yellow roses to be delivered on 1/17/18, and the rep I spoke with told me if the weather was going to be bad on Wednesday 1/17/18 the order for my grand daughter's birthday would be delivered on Tuesday 1/16/18 and I requested it be delivered at 3:30PM so when she got home from school she could be at the door to receive it, and I was fine with this. So come 1/16/18 no order and the bad weather was to be at Virginia Beach on Wednesday 1/17/18, and Wednesday comes and its her birthday and no order or phone call as to why. I call Wednesday, Thursday no one answers the phone I do an email and no one emails me back, I'm assuming you can receive and email on your phone most business can, no answer to my email. Friday comes around I call as soon as you open no one answers the phone, I call back, no answer, I call again no one answers, I finally got ahold of someone in the PM, and I explained what the problem is and I was told that your business would deliver the ORDER as I ORDERED it and I would not be charged for it, and I don't expect to be charged for it anyway with this disaster, and I would receive a call from the supervisor, no call has ever been received yet. I wanted the yellow smiley mug because my grand daughter was having a disappointing birthday because the house hold has been sick since Christmas, because I there taking care of them, and I wanted to lift up her spirits, so she gets disappointed again because she didn't receive what I ordered You're business is such a disappointment, I honestly don't know how you're still in business, I like to support the local businesses and not use the 1-800 flower sites but maybe if I used them my order would of been delivered on time and correct. My granddaughter did receive pink roses and balloons but it's not what I ordered for her. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS BUSINESS., and they don't deserve any stars on this review

  Ordered 7 center pieces. They delivered not really fresh flowers. Iam not recommended. Look for somewhere else.

  Great service and amazing flowers that I gave to my girlfriend. Best florist in Great Neck and I will go here rather than all the other florists.

  Horrible owners and horrible flowers! My father sent flowers to me for my birthday on Tuesday night. The unopened ones never opened and by Friday everything was just about dead. I called first thing Saturday morning because they were closed Friday when I came home from work and all the owner did was yell and then she hung up on me. She was screaming I should have called within 2 days, but the truth is that I thought they would still open on the third day instead of die. Any reputable florist would be willing to see that there was obviously a problem and bring fresh ones. My friends gave me ones from the Stop and Shop the same night and they still look as fresh as when I received them. Stay away from these people!!! If there is a way to add a photo I will. I would have given no stars, but would not allow the post without choosing one star.
