  I have been using GN Auto Tech for almost 20 years. They have always been professional And honest. On more than one occasion They have provided maintenance on my Cars for considerably less than my dealer Quoted and advised me that I could wait On things the dealer said I needed now. They have on many occasions also fixed small issues while I waited Like a signal bulb or mount a spare tire On a morning I was late for work and Told me they would catch up to the charge Down the road or a future visit. Yet I can’t Remember them actually collecting for Those minor fixes. I am always confident That they do the right thing by me and would Not go anywhere else. Interesting everyone Else I speak to in the neighborhood has Had the same experience. I highly recommend Them

  They provided more information than I expected from an oil change place, and some minor services for free.

  A truly differentiated customer experience. I actually left the BMW dealer across the street to have my tire repaired here. I was accommodated immediately following a 2 hour wait at BMW. Highly recommend this business for any/all automotive service needs.

  Great service. Stopped in for a small project and mechanic did it straight away and made me feel like he was happy to help. No wait and actual customer service acumen! Highly recommended. Worth traveling a little off the beaten path.
