  Great Movers were super efficient, professional and friendly. I am beyond impressed - I had to move 4 or 5 pieces of substantially sized furniture from my apartment building out of the city to the suburbs. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

  Let me start first with a compliment. The service was good, on time and courteous. But although I was fine paying the two and a half hours of extra time charged, I was very disappointed to realize afterwards that I had been charged an unheard of fuel surcharge as well as your peace more than $300 for the extra blankets and padding used without my consent. A formal claim will be sent to you shortly In the meantime and depending on the results of my complaint, I will consider using again your service for my own future needs and also referring friends and acquaintances to your company.   The move in process was top-notch. The team was speedy, and finished in an astonishing fast paced time. The team lead, went through the process and pricing in detail and I felt comfortable with his explanation. I was very pleased and it made the move in day (even during the 3/2 Nor’easter) painless!

  Movers were professional and were careful with my belongings. They were polite and friendly. The only issue I had was that the coordinator on the phone told me I'd get 3 movers yet 4 people showed up so I had to scramble last minute to cover the fourth person's tip. That's why I can't give 5 stars. Otherwise, everything was good.

  I used Great Movers for my move back in October. While a little bit more expensive than other quotes I got, I chose them based on the good reviews. I was not disappointed. They came on time and quickly packaged everything in blankets and tape. Everything was moved over in a timely manner and nothing was damaged. They worked with me to see where I wanted to arrange things. Very happy with this move!
