  The staff was courteous, professional, and did a good job with my cleaning.They made it easy to transition from my previous dental office (minimal paperwork required). Unlike other locations I've been to in the past, I didn't have a long wait which was nice. Location is also very convenient if you live in the Mission Hill area.

  I think that I'm like most folks, where I do not look forward to going to the dentist! Had my first cleaning with Great Hill on Wednesday and was prepared for the usual pokes and bleeding! I have to say that Felicia was superb! She was gentle and patient! I would recommend her to anyone!

  I have been a client for less than a year and have been seeing Dr. Shapiro and hygienist Felicia Thompson. I give them both, the office in general, my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation. Dr. Shapiro is a wonderful dentist who takes great care in my well being and not only helps me by maintaining my teeth, but also, educates me on my role in proper dental care. He has a great manner with a great sense of humor and wonderful personality. I could not have a better dentist than Dr. Shapiro. With regards to Ms. Thompson, what a wonderful person. So funny, professional, and kind. She diligently works on my teeth, while making me feel comfortable during the process. She asks me about my dog and I appreciate her warm personable nature. All in all, I offer my highest recommendation to the Great Hill Dental practice and wish them nothing but the best for the future. I will be a loyal patron and wish that all services I encounter in life are as wonderful as Great Hill.

  I have had a great experience with everyone in this office from the front desk team and managers to the dental assistants, hygienist, and doctors! I can see why Mary’s patients love getting their preventative dental treatment with her! I had my teeth cleaned today and she was a gentle & thorough dental hygienist… my teeth feel so amazing! Dr. Shapiro treated me like he treats all his patients, with professionalism, kindness, and a well thought out treatment plan personalized to maintain my oral health and prevent the need for restorative dental work with recommendations such as a custom fit night guard and in office fluoride treatments. Dalia, one of the office managers, was soooo very helpful at helping me find an appointment that worked with my busy schedule and made it work within 24 hours of my request! I appreciate the entire Great Hill Dental Boston team ☺️

  I have always been afraid of the Dentist and needed a significant amount of Dental work done. This place changed my whole mindset on going to the Dentist. Dr. Jose Colon and his assistant Danielle were incredibly friendly and professional. After having major work done, I wasn't in any pain during or after the procedure. If you dread going to the Dentist like I used to, I would give this place a try. Their hours are great and the staff is honest and works with you based on your budget. I'm actually looking forward to my future dental appointments at this place.
