::I’ve been coming to this great expression for years first starting in high school when I got my braces and today, when I got oral surgery to remove all 4 wisdom teeth. Not only was Frank and Dr.Shah very professional and reassuring throughout the whole process, they somehow also managed to make me laugh during the surgery on more than one occasion. They say they utilized humor to make me comfortable is a great talent that not many professionals are able to properly execute. The ladies at the front desk were also very insightful when it came to insurance questions and procedures.

::Moved to the area recently. This is the third dentist I have used with my current insurance. Each previous dentist verified with my insurance coverages to ensure accurate billing as I requested before getting work done. This dentist did not. Surprise bills and incorrect billing. Do not trust the bills they text you. I was being charged twice for the same items two months apart. Only after calling was the bill corrected from $199 to $40. As far as the work goes the dentist finished my fillings he ran out to go to the next patient very quickly. He left an excessive amount of glue from the filling on the back of my teeth thankfully his assistant stuck around just long enough for me to say something. She was great and manage to get the big boulder of glue off one of my teeth. The rest of the glue I am still dealing with over a month later.

::EDIT: I reached out to them via the email they responded to this review with a week ago and received no response. Do not waste your time or money with this chain. Dishonest practice all around. My review is purely for the billing department of this facility. I feel I was extremely duped. I didn’t find out until 9 months in to treatment that my insurance was not going to cover my braces. If I’d have known this going in I wouldn’t have gotten them. 9 months in to having them on I find out I owe an additional $1500 in order for them to remove them. My treatment was only supposed to be for a year. I was on a recurring payment plan paying $185 a month for the originally agreed upon amount (which I was never told was an estimate, by the way. That was their defense when I tried to say I’d signed a contract for the price. The paperwork I have says nowhere it’s an estimate either) and now was just expected to come up with an additional $1500 in three months or else I’d have to pay EVEN MORE if my treatment went beyond that year mark. I feel as though they were dishonest and waited until I didn’t have any other option but to pay them what they wanted (which I haven’t and wont. I went somewhere else and had them removed for way less) The actual dental staff are wonderful. My teeth do look great. The billing department is just extremely shady and deceitful.

::DO NOT BRING YOU KIDS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!!!! They DO NOT allow parents to go back with kids and do not disclose this until you are there. Our daughter fell and hit her chin & teeth, and her mouth was bleeding so we had to find an emergency dental appt. This was the first we could find. She was already scared going to the dentist(she's 7) but then to hear that we weren't able to be back there with her, she was traumatized and crying. WHAT A TERRIBLE POLICY! HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? If they would have told us that when we booked the appointment we would never have brought her here. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO GREAT EXPRESSIONS DENTAL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

::Very Unprofessional. I just took my little sister for her appointment with ortho. During this COVID-19 I understand everything can get hectic but as soon as we got there, we were told that he wasn’t doing appointments Mondays-Thursdays for now, he switched or whatever to Tuesdays and Fridays for what my sister was getting. And thats fine But they didnt even reach out to let us know that the appointment was cancelled from their side ? We got ready, went out, got there and no call or reaching out to let us know it was cancelled? Just saying.
