  How rediculus is this... i have reached this loaction 5:50pm the front desk people says that we are closing at 6:00pm btw there was no waiting in salon and more over the one who is on front desk she so blunt to me saying WE ARE CLOSING..... never want vist this place again......

  Awful hairdressing skills and even worse customer service. Save yourself the trip and DO NOT COME HERE. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. My sister and I got our hair "cut" at Great Clips in Iselin by a blonde lady named Denise. As we walked into an empty Great Clips, Denise immediately said with a dismissive attitude that it would be an hour wait and that we should leave. However, there were no customers in the salon, and I tell her that waiting would not be a problem. After 40 minutes of waiting for absolutely NO ONE, Denise finally acknowledges my existence and asks me how much hair I want to cut off. I tell her I just want a 2 inch straight trim, nothing fancy, so she starts to cut one inch off the right side of my hair. She doesn't separate my hair into layers like all other hairdressers do and tries to cut my hair in one go. Midway through the haircut, she goes to fold towels and rearranges the hair product displays in the front for a good 10 minutes. She comes back and sprays water on my entire face with so much force you'd think it was a hose. Then, she asks me if the length was okay and I graciously ask if she could cut it to the two inch length that I originally requested. She proceeds to forcefully flick my head to the side and sighs heavily as she hastily chops off another 2 inches and mutters under her breath, "Well you're getting 3 inches off regardless." When she told me that she was finished, and my head was still soaked in water from her constant water spraying, I realized that my left side was an inch longer than my right side. I asked her to fix it, so she starts muttering under breath, "tsk tsk", and sighing heavily, an obvious sign that she did not want to be there. She attempts to even out both sides, but ends up cutting the left side shorter than the right. At this point, my hair is drenched, so she asks if I want to blow dry(keep in mind, most hairdressers will automatically blow dry your hair with no questions asked). I agree that she should so she blows my hair all over the place for a short 15 seconds, pushing my head back and forth, and says she is finished. My hair is still sopping wet and completely uneven, but my sister has been waiting for an hour now, so I let it go despite my hair looking like a rat's nest. My sister requests a 3 inch trim with side fringe in the front to frame her face. Denise says WITH AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF ATTITUDE "No, that won't look good. Just don't do it. I'm just going to trim your hair." (Obviously, she just wanted to speed through the haircut instead of giving my sister the style that she wanted.) As Denise cuts my sister's hair, she does the same thing: forcefully flicks my sister's head to the side, cuts halfway and leaves to go rearrange the other chairs in the room. She comes back 10 minutes later and sprays my sister's face more than her hair, getting some sharp bullets of water into my sister's eye which leaves it irritated and red for the next hour. Denise again neglects to separate my sister's thick hair into different layers to cut, leaving the ends unsightly and most certainly uneven. She blow drys my sister's hair extremely quickly and the end result looks like my sister's hair was electrocuted. As we are paying for our cuts, Denise gives us a menacing stare and has a scissor in one hand pointed towards us. My sister is so scared, she tells me just to pity tip Denise in fear that she may stab us. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

  Great hair cut great people.. I think some people just love to complain...

  I found online check in extremely effective, my wait time wasn't more than 3-4mins after arrival. This was way better than other places. Also I got quite a relaxed and good treatment. Would definitely be my 1st choice for haircut now onwards.

  Check in online...only good for trims bangs or kids haircut. I wouldn't suggest it for women's haircut other than trims and bangs. Place is clean. Staff is polite. Save your money and goto a better salon if you want a good haircut.
