  Appears to not advertise their hours of operation correctly. Shows here that they're open 24 hours Saturday &a Sunday, but they're not.

  I checked in online but still had a long wait, when I was next in line with three people behind me the next available stylist went into the back room and hid. Another ten minutes and I was getting a cut from someone else I heard him arguing with the manager about "attitude" and him being told to go home since he refused to help when they are backed up. He should stay home permanently. I have gotten good haircuts there, and one disaster. The location is good... But a mostly great staff means you might get the bad one...

  It was a perfectly fine haircut. Great price with the coupon I used, but I'm not sure if I'll go back.

  I had 30 min lunch, check-in online with a 3 minute wait time. Left work at 3:20 got to Great Clips with in 2 mins and waited 16 mins. Couldn't stay had to get back to work. Disappointed on how slow the hair stylists were today after 3pm. Not sure I'll go back.
