  Terrible experience, they didn't sign us in right, and were rude. Four people got ahead of us because they did it wrong. Nobody was working but two people. Save your money and skip this place!

  I went in thinking i was going to get a good haircut but i got one of the worst in my life the lady cutting my hair did not look like she knew what she was doing and was very lazy with my haircut. I had to get it redone by another person working there she was very kind and really cared about what i thought about my haircut. The old white lady is really bad if you do go there just dont go to her.

  Service was awful. No water was sprayed in my hair, and the haircut was painful. The hairdresser then sprayed her water bottle directly into my eye when I asked for water. Next, she said she was done with my hair and I said it looked very poor and uneven. She tried to fix it, and made it worse. On top of all of this, her breath smelled like death. I mean a rotting carcas. Every time she breathed, I felt my nose burn. Will never return.

  Service can be really hit or miss at this location. I will get a stylist who does an amazing job one visit and then the next couple of visits will be not so good. Usually it's something that you don't notice until you get home too. Some of the other reviews mentioned attention to detail, and that is exactly what it is. I could drive a little further down the road and pay a few bucks less, so I expect a little more attention to detail for the price. Sometimes a fade line is off, or they leave a few long hairs, or the clipper job is not on point. The good things about this location are that the wait times are usually very low, although this might have something to do with the attention to detail issue if they're just getting people in and out as quickly as they can. Also, the staff has been very nice and friendly, and that is the main reason I keep going.

  Kihla knows her stuff! If you need a great men’s cut see her! My son has difficult coarse hair That he likes to keep short - she knew just how to blend it with the clippers. Great job💯
