  (In case these reviews aren't location specific this is about the White Bear Ave and 11ave location) Ah oh naughty, naughty. So I went to this specific location on Sat. I walked in 55mins before it closed. I asked if I could get a hair cut. They asked if I had checked-in online. I said nope. They said that then there's a 50min wait and they'll be closed by then. They apologized and I left. I then headed up the road to a newer location next to 694. I was told there that what I experienced at this location they aren't allowed to do. That everyone that comes in gets a haircut regardless if it takes them past closing time. They were being naughty.

  If I could give a zero star I would. I Came in to get my sons hair cut, showed the stylist a clear picture of how I wanted it done. My son has a undercut, she shaved one side, and left the other side blended. It took me months to grow out my sons hair to the length that we wanted, and I'm so tempted to just buzz it all off and start over. She didn't even line him up. It was a fast half ass sloppy job. Giving me back my money doesn't fix the issue. Better training for the stylist should be a priority. I will NEVER come back here again, and if anyone goes here do NOT get the lady with the red hair, in her 50's, tattoos on her back.

  Great cut, and friendly staff. Even brought special needs grandson and they were wonderful with him every time.

  Always a really long wait, they take online appointments too. So for the ones that actually come and wait get to wait longer, most don't show so it just looks like the wait is longer most of the time. Very frustrating. It's ALWAYS really hot on the lobby, they need to better vent the place were the public has to sit and wait. Last time I was there the stylist didn't do my long layers correctly, my hair is all choppy now. I have to wait until it grows out until I get it fixed. It's hit or miss there on the quality of their haircuts.

  I have never written a review on anything, but I was in tears after looking at the chop job that was done on my hair. Used to be almost down to my waist, asked that 5-6 inches to be cut. My hair is now a few inches below my shoulders. When I called all I got was "I thought we had an agreement on where to cut" When she pushed in the middle of my back and asked if this was good I said no I wanted it left longer than that. Obviously, she didn't listen or maybe decided to save my hair that was cut off and sell it for extensions. Not really, but you wonder. When I called to complain I was offered my $15 back, like that makes up for this? I will not never recommend Brianna to anyone!
