  Just got my haircut done. Highly disappointed. The lady messed up one of my side burns. Her excuse was that I wasn't looking up. What kind of reason is that? Just because I wasn't looking up doesn't mean you can mess things up. She could have simply asked me to turn my head so that she can do my side burns properly.

  This used to be my go to place for a haircut, but it all changed today. Went in for a haircut and it ended badly. They didn't follow what i wanted at all. I like some length at the top but the stylist cut way too much off. At the end she didn't ask if I wanted any product in my hair; she just put something in my hair. I personally don't like any product in my hair. After she took off the apron she rushed to the register and left me in my seat with hair still on my face. I was frustrated at this point so I just got up and went to go pay and leave. This was one of the worst haircuts I've gotten. I will no longer be coming back to this location.

  If THERE WAS A BLANK STAR ID CLICK THAT BAD BOY QUICK. Let me give you a little back story before I begin... I've always had really bad experiences with cutting my hair so I typically wait at least a year to cut mine. Anywho this past time I waited at least two years to cut my hair bc the last stylist I went to decided to cut my hair uneven (totally different store). What's worse is that when I went to THIS LOCATION I told the stylist just that. And his response was "you must have been sitting wrong". Anywho, I shrugged it off it was my first time coming to great clips, whatever I'm being sensitive. I came in with a photo and showed him, and he said okay. First of all he cut my hair with scissors that had just been sitting there, freshly USED. I'm talking still hair on them. 😫 I bit my lip and thought okay it's fine. Whatever. Anywho I realized everything was completely wrong when he asked me where I wanted my layers to start?!? I showed you a PHOTO! How could you get that wrong?!? I tried making small talk with him and I'm Abit of an introvert, just get in and out type deal and he was rude to say THE LEAST. Anywho after the whole ordeal, the very last moment when I knew there was nothing to be done and my hopes we're at an all time lost and he was just about to take off my apron...he stops me. Because he forgot to cut my bangs. WORST EXPERIENCE and I will not be coming back to this location. Not to mention the chopped up layers he managed to get my hair to. I had my hair to my elbows which took me two years to get to, and now I have my hair just below my shoulders and it's a chopped up mess. Thanks great clips.

  I cut my hair every other month there. ** Things I Like Hairdressers are cool; take care of you and they are very good and picking up if you are a chatty or not. So if you do not want to talk, do do not! If you do; they are very nice ppl to hang-out. ** Thing I Dislike They are busy and not always have enough ppl to take care of the load...

  If you have ethnic natural hair and need a quick wash DO NOT come to this salon and especially Don’t let Sara near your hair she’s afraid to touch it
