  Absolutely horrible experience... I had a walk-in closet done previously by Great American Closet Co. about ten years ago and the work was excellent. So when my family moved to a smaller home recently, I called again. Big mistake... The work was sloppy; see the attached photos which speak for themselves, and the workers appeared rushed and in a hurry...apparently get to the next job (they received a call halfway through the job from a woman asking how much longer would they be. That's when things got really bad. I called the company owner, Noah Tenenbaum, at least five times to try and have my concerns addressed, and each time he promised to come out and correct the job and never did. I paid a lot of money and got a half-assed job. There are many options out there for closets...eliminate this one as a choice.

  I spent thousands of dollars having several closets done. I tried to order some additional rods and they told me there's nothing they can do for me. wow. Should have went to California Closets.
