  Go here for a supremely delicious NYC brunch on the Upper East Side; the eggs purgatorio are to die for.

  Hungry and tired after 3+ hours at the met with no dinner reservations made anywhere - total tourist move over Christmas break, mind you - we happened across this place and decided to try our luck getting a table. From the instant we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and treated so well by the hostess. She made sure we got a table and were well taken care of by our waiter. The food was amazing and the dessert - tiramisu - was the best way to end our day. The restaurant has great ambience and fulfilled our idea of a NYC eatery. I’m glad we found this gem! Can’t wait to come back!
